For the weekend workshop, I encourage you to bring your favorite bottle water as well as healty, non-sugar snacks such as fruits, nuts, cheese, veggies - whatever sustains your energy within your personal diet preferences. Some kind of protein is a good idea. And try to be well rested.

I love group sessions! The accumulated energy is extraordinary under such circumstances. We often get carried away on a wavelength of love and harmony and ecstatic expectation -- perhaps because everyones' guides and angels are present, joyously and exponentially adding to the results.

In our group session, we will address physical challenges, relationship challenges, financial challenges and so on any obstacles and blocks that hinder one's potential. The collective energy that is summoned seems to know exactly where to focus, per individual, without anyone having to openly divulge information regarding their personal issues and difficulties.

For the session, you may want to bring a pillow and perhaps a comforter. At times, I will have you lie on the floor for full relaxation and I would like you to be comfortable. Also, many people experience feeling chilly when energies are lifting away from them.
